Jeb has been on staff with FCA since 2019.  Jeb had an extensive career in football playing inhigh school at Harding Academy, college at the U of A and after college playingfor the Seattle Seahawks.  He comes to us with a coaching career as well. 

Jeb is ministering to the staff of NWA and North AR as well as coaches in the NWA schools.   

Jami joined our NWA FCA staff in 2020.  She will be serving along with Jeb ministering to the staff and coaches of NWA and North AR.  Jami came to faith at an FCA Camp during high school in Estes Park, CO.  We count it a joy to serve in this ministry together.

Jeb,  Jami and their 3 children live in Siloam Springs, AR.

Barry Lunney

Barry joined FCA in September 2018.   Barry has 40  years of coaching football at high schools throughout the state of Arkansas.     


Barry is the Benton County Area Representative.  He is ministering to coaches throughout NW Arkansas and assisting with a state strategy for Coaches Time Out events.

Kristi moved to Northwest Arkansas in October 2024.  She had previously been on staff with FCA for 3 years in Central AR.  She comes from a long family history of her Dad serving with FCA.  She will be working in the public schools of Pea Ridge and Rogers.

Becky has been on staff with FCA since 2000. She works with coachesand students in the middle schools, junior high schools and high schools ofNWA in Washington & Madison counties.

Aubrey Emerson

Bentonville

Administrative Assistant


Aubrey joined NWA FCA in September of 2021. She has 6 years' experience in coaching volleyball. She competed in volleyball at John Brown University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine.


She and her husband, Ramsey, have been married for 12 years and have 2 boys.


Aubrey will be working with the coaches and athletes in the public schools in the Bentonville area.

Will Lambley

Will joined the FCA team in 2025 and serves by speaking, helping with huddles, and supporting teams across Northwest Arkansas and beyond. Whether working with high school or middle school athletes, Will is passionate about building relationships and encouraging others to rise above their challenges.


After losing his sight in 2019, Will continued to play high school football and found a greater purpose through Christ. Since then, he’s spoken to teams around the country, showing that with Jesus, no obstacle is too great. He’s committed to supporting athletes in any way he can and helping them discover the hope and strength found in a relationship with Christ.

Brooklyn Biancamano Wright

Brooklyn came to Arkansas in 2022 to run track for the Razorbacks. Despite ending her running career early, due to injury, God had other plans! Being involved with FCA since HS, she received many opportunities to continue serving with FCA through international mission trips, speaking at events, and completing an FCA internship.


The Lord has made it obvious that she is called to use her testimony and spiritual gifts to reach coaches and athletes through building relationships. Recently married, Brooklyn will be joining our staff full-time in September 2025 to serve the areas of Washington County and JBU.

Jenn joined staff in January 2025.  Jenn has a passion for reaching people for Christ and honoring God with her time, talents and treasures.  She and her husband, Dennis, have been married for 23 years and have 3 amazing children.  Jennifer and her family live in Fayetteville, AR.

Neil joined FCA in January of 2021. He has over twenty years of collegiate coaching and athletic administration experience in both basketball and tennis.


Neil will be working in the  public schools of North Arkansas in Baxter, Boone,  Carroll, Marion, Newton & Searcy Counties.

McKenna joined North AR FCA in April of 2023. She was a part of FCA in high school and it was a key factor in her faith journey as a young believer.


She and her husband live in Mountain Home.

 

She will be ministering to the coaches and athletes of North Arkansas in the Mountain Home area.
